Wuchang: Fallen Feathers: Bo Blood Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In the corrupted land of Shu, Bo Blood is a very rare and powerful essence used to push your character’s spiritual resilience to its limit. Specifically, Bo Blood is the only resource capable of upgrading the Maddening Incense effects within the Impetus Repository.

There are exactly six Bo Blood vessels to collect. Obtaining all six is mandatory to unlock the Quelling Madness trophy/achievement. The last 2 Bo Blood are obtained by defeating the Bosses Nightmare Demon and Demon of Obsession.

It is very important to understand which enemies drop Bo Blood, as not all Inner Demons are equal:

• Manifested Inner Demons: These are fixed, "mini-boss" style encounters that spawn at specific, permanent locations in the world. They do drop Bo Blood upon defeat.
• Death Inner Demons: These are the phantoms that appear at the location where your character previously died. While they are important for recovering lost resources, they do not drop Bo Blood and do not count toward the achievement.

Once you have collected Bo Blood, you can spend it at any Shrine to unlock powerful passive nodes in the Impetus Repository:

• Rising Madness: Increases the rate at which you gain beneficial buffs while in a state of high Madness.
• Prolonged Madness: Extends the duration of your empowered "Skyborn Might" state, allowing you to deal massive damage for longer periods.

Because these encounters are hidden in optional areas of the map, it is easy to finish the game with several Bo Blood vessels missing.
